Okay ..then again 3 points:-
1. She wants the Start Icon along with application etc to come down.
2. The close button icon along with minimize to goto right.
3. Whenever a choice is asked 'Yes' (OK) icon to come 1st then 'No' (CANCEL) icon ( i mean the choice which is offered when a program is run ).
I have a gut feeling you know the solution !!!
